Can recommend for a flash stay
Clean room, convenient location, featuring free Wi-Fi and parking, which made my overnight stay comfortable and easy to access the nearby dining options and attractions, all while being just 15 km from the nearest airport.
Only one thing, the bed size was smaller than I expected.

This place was just a well-suited match for a flash stay in Saint Charles with decent value for money. I appreciated having a large fridge to keep snacks and drinks. Make sure to check if they offer cleaning services as it can vary.

Family with children a nightmare experience
Location was great for what we were there for. The full-size fridge came in handy for storing food, although we saw our kids cornered by maintenance staff.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but I guess that's what you get for paying for misery.

great stay but unexpected cash policy
The room was clean and comfortable making it a pleasant spot to rest after a long day. Also the staff were friendly and accommodating which added a nice personal touch to our stay.
They require a cash deposit that was not disclosed ahead of time.

really disappointing experience
We stayed for a month, but honestly, it was a mess. The staff acted like they were above the guests, and it's chaotic! The room had a bad smell and some roaches. Plus, they kept saying they had 24/7 service, but good luck getting anyone after hours. On the flip side, the dining options were decent.

I had a pretty good experience with a clean room and a full fridge. Just be aware that the photos made it look a bit more spacious. I'd definitely consider staying again!

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities
We enjoyed our family trip here for a week! The spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchenette made meal prep easy. The nearby restaurant options were superb, especially the local diner with hearty breakfasts. Expect some quirks but overall a good choice for families seeking convenience.

I found the hotel very clean with thoughtful accessibility features, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate around. The full-size fridge and lovely tile floors added a nice touch to the overall experience.
More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

I spent a week at Woodspring Suites and found it to be a decent option for long stays. The room was clean, with a full-size fridge and microwave, making it easy to cook and save money on meals. The tile floors were nice and added a modern touch. The staff were friendly and eager to help, which made checking in and out smooth. However, the lack of an ice machine was inconvenient, as I had to make my own ice in the trays. Also, there were no lamps by the bed, which made reading at night a challenge. The bed was a little small for my liking, and I wish there were more seating options in the common areas. Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it for anyone needing a longer stay.

The hotel has a full-size fridge, which is great for long stays. Walls are thin, and noise travels easily. Staff is friendly and helpful. Expect to pay for extra amenities, though.
